Cloth diapering FTW!
These Snappi diaper fasteners work wonderfully to secure cloth diapers quickly and easily. As recommended by another reviewer, I use them in conjunction with prefold diapers (OsoCozy) and Thirsties diaper covers. This is my first time going all the way with cloth diapers-- I used gDiapers with a flushable insert for my first child, but I like this MUCH better. There are fewer incidents (blowouts, leaks, etc.), for one thing, and I'm not as stingy with changes (the only cost is laundry). I one pack of Snappi diaper fasteners (6 to a pack, I believe), 6 of the Thirsties diaper covers (first size works great with room to grow for my ten-pounder), and 24 prefolds (small size), and that's all been quite sufficient for newborn use. I use a newspaper fold, as demonstrated in the YouTube video "How to fold a prefold cloth diaper." Cloth diapering was a bit intimidating for me, and I used disposable diapers for a few days until my baby was done passing meconium (I heard it's hard to clean out), but I will not be going back to disposable! A note about the Snappi fasteners: They work quickly and easily. They have a very secure hold on prefold diapers, but WATCH OUT, because they will bite you! There is a rubber band designed for pulling them to the securing point; use it!!! On my first day of using these, I made the mistake of just pulling the toothy head with my fingers. I was bitten, and it drew blood. I'm just glad I was the one who was hurt instead of my newborn.

Grips well, easy to use!
SO easy to use for pre folds and flats! They grip so well, yet do not poke and make diaper changes so quick and easy. Holds everything together to keep it leak proof and a good fit.

Work great for the handmade diapers for my twin grandsons!
While my daughter in love was pregnant with my twin grandsons, I passed the time by sewing 65 handmade pocket style cloth diapers. I bought snaps to put on them, as I made them to be a one-size diaper. But, after putting several snaps on, I realized that I could not possibly add all the snaps needed for that many diapers and then all the snaps needed for the one-size covers, as well. So, I looked around for a better option than the old large diaper (safety) pins that I used for my kids, and found these. I was really skeptical about how they would work, but they have worked out great. They are easy to use, you don't have to worry about poking yourself or the babies, and they keep the diapers on just as snugly. They haven't seemed to lose their elasticity, with all the diaper changes that are need for those two-if one isn't needing a change, the other is. All of my babies' loved ones love these and some of the other moms and dads have ordered them for their little ones, also. I highly recommend these in place of the old style stick pins anyday!!

Wonderful product
Snappis are amazing!! I'm new to the cloth diapering world and wanted to try every style of diaper to see what I liked best for my baby. So I bought these to hold together my flour sack towels and they work perfect. They stay in place even when the fst is soaked!! The pack of 3 is perfect because they are on the small side so I could see how they would get lost easily so having extras is great. For the price and the quality you couldn't get any better then the Snappis. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in the more "old school" style cloth diapering system.

Wonderful product, but you may not need them!
When I first got these I thought, "What a good idea! How could anyone use cloth diapers without these!?". I used them every day and they kept the diaper in place brilliantly! Plus they are really easy to put on. I was very pleased. After taking my 2mo baby girl to the pediatrician with gas pains she recommended not using them since it could cause unnecessary restriction on the belly. So after discontinuing use of these wonderful fasteners I was worried the diapers may not stay in place (I have a very squirmy girl) which may cause unnecessary leaks - but that was not the case! The diapers seem to stay in place just fine (I use Thirsties Duo Wrap Snap, Meadow, Size One (6-18 lbs) ) and I really have no need for such a fastener. So if you have a good quality diaper cover you may not even need these. But if you do decide to give them a try (I gave 4 stars because the product itself is still great) I would recommend getting the 3 pack ( Snappi Cloth Diaper Fasteners - Pack of 3 (Mint color mix) ) I got this 5 pack and I could never see myself ever needing more than 2!

Easy to Use
I’ve used safety pins in the past and love this idea. I was really overthinking how to use them. I watched a YouTube and found that they work best with cotton diapers that are not so tightly woven so the snappi can hold.

Working great with heavy use
Stretch well and hold up with heavy use. Had to wait for baby to be a couple months old to use since they are slightly long

So easy!!
These are so easy to use, and fast too. Good for a wiggly baby. It works well on flats and pre folds but it doesn’t work on Sherpa diapers I got from green mountain diapers, as it’s too tightly woven. I do prefer safety pins because I think it’s easier to get s good fit with them, but when my baby is not in a good mood I go for these!

I have used snappies for my son and had purchased it for my first baby years ago. I was apprehensive of the cost as it is on the higher side. However I really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the seller to give pretty swaddling cloths along with the snappies.

I'd previously used little lamb nippers and liked how stretchy they were. However they're way more expensive and got these when a couple broke. They are definitely less stretchy but have enough stretch to pull across the front of the nappy. They seem very robust, and we've had no breakages after nearly a year of use. Still very sharp and grippy and haven't gone slack as my old little lamb ones have. A bargain in comparison.
