Every year i'm sober i add a bracelet and they never come off. Will the survive worn all the time and not removed?

It doesn't leave marks on the skin. The metal still looks as good as I got it. I have always been careful of chemicals getting on my jewlery.

Will this bracelet become larger over time? I have a 6 inch wrist and my new bracelet is borderline big on me.
