what are the interior dimensions?

Okay I'll try and hope you understand this mess. Overall inside it is 50&7/8 inches long. At the wide points in the middle (they're two) it is 12&1/2 inches. At the center point (because of the lock point) it is 10&3/4 and on each end it is 10&1/2 inches. Hope that helps,if I haven't just confused the hell out of you. Hank

will this fit a maverick 88 shotgun and a savage 30-06 rifle?

Have a Savage 30/06 in mine. But if the rifle is scoped you wont be able to fit two in it.

Is this case waterproof?

It is not water tight like if it fell into a body of water, but it is fine for rain or snow.
