I’ve had other knife blade guards in the past, but they don’t measure up to these. Unlike others, these blade guards grip the blade and hold on. They don’t slip off. This combination of blade guards will suit almost any kitchen knife, with few exceptions. For the cost, I believe it would be hard to find better ones.

Pretty well-made, better than some other blade guards that I've tried, a little tighter grip on the knife blades.

We were having the hardest time finding quality sheaths for our older Cutco knives. When my husband and I started our lives together, we spent some of our homecoming money to buy a nice set of Cutco knives from a family member. Nearly two decades later, the wood block they came with deteriorated, and we were left looking for something to protect them from dog hair and dust on our new magnetic knife block. After spending over a week researching, I finally found some that were supposed to work, and they did. These fit perfectly! Unlike some of the others I found, they don't just fit. They have a nice felt lining inside, making it a bit snug but protecting the sharpness of the blade while also keeping it safe. I personally liked the simplistic design, allowing it to blend in with our knife block. I haven't really had to clean them yet, but they seem like they will be fairly easy, making them an ideal fit for our household.

Works well, sturdy and makes storing extra knives safer. A good value. Surprisingly lightweight.

Can't tell with pictures that one side is open. This lets it accommodate blades of different thicknesses. Thin felty flocking on the inside, both good and not so good. I think they can't really be washed and dried well because of the flocking, so need to find a low dust storage place. Got the assorted sizes. Might get a more in either large or small length later, if I need more for packing reasons. For now, they are protecting the knifes that were loose in the drawer that don't fit in a block.

These knife covers arrived very quickly to my relief. They are very well-made and sturdy. They fit all my knives perfectly. I have no difficulty removing or re-inserting the knives. It is very smooth inside with a nice soft material which will protect my knives. I am very impressed with this product. Very well-made and at an affordable price.
