Fit well and and was installed easily by only letting the sticker backing only hanging off a little, and fully seating the insert before pulling the adhesive backing off. Wish it was a little more firm but seems to be an exact oem replacement.

The original seat pad was ‘toast’. The replacement pad breaths life into my Aeron chair for many more years of service!

Perfect! I've had my Aeron chair for at least 18 years now. The only parts I've previously replaced were the wheels. Recently I noticed the front chair foam was in bad shape and it kept falling out. I was happy to find this replacement option. It arrived faster than expected and fit my chair (size B) perfectly. I'm sitting comfortably again. :)

Be aware that when you install the pad it can make seat reassembly more difficult, since it will likely be thicker than the pad you’re replacing. I recommend having a second set of hands to help you hold the seat in place while you reattach the screws. These screws are short, so the alignment needs to be perfect or you might strip the screw holes. This is not a fault of the pad, just part of the Aero’s design.

Have an Aeron chair, used for ~20 years, still great but noticed the foam padding in front of chair seat was basically gone. Bought this as replacement, super easy to swap in and now this great chair even more comftorable.

Works really well as a replacement cushion. It's easy to install; removing the native cushion was most of the work. I recommend watching a video tutorial to clear up any doubts.

Feels good and comes with 3M adhesive. Instead of pulling out the old piece under the sitting mesh, I remove the mesh instead and cleaned it as well. Putting the mesh back was a little challenging. Need to stretch it a bit for the mesh to stay taut. Good thing the design is very well thought out and there is a groove to fit the mesh back in.
