I was ordering this apprehensivly, as I wasn't sure if what wasxpictured would be the same as what arrived at the door. All my worries quickly disappeared upon arrival this hat was delivered neatly packaged on a plastic hat frame so there were no issues with bending/crumbling and the hat is quality made, the color was as vibrant in person as is in pictures. This product was perfect!!

These are a nice, heavy material and look just as expected. I spruced mine up with a ribbon to match my swim suit. Beware- there is a little elastic strap seen in that is supposed to go under your chin to secure it in place. While practical, I haven't worn a strap on a hat since I was a little girl so I just tuck it inside. You can probably just cut it off too. All in all a great summer beach hat!

Unfortunately my trip to Hawaii involved more light rain than sun, but this hat worked for protection from both. It also is packable and wearable without worry. I added a chin strap to make sure it stayed on. If you're looking for a hat with a brim that holds a perfect shape, this one is not for you. But if you're willing to be a bit flirty, it's great.

There is not one single thing that is floppy about this hat! Seems like there's something like a metal ring inside the rim that prevents it from actually flopping. you have to mold it to the way you want it to fall, but it doesn't even fall, it just stays there. UGH. I went to Target and picked up an actual floppy hat and that's when I realized the floppy hat rims should not be hard; so that's the difference in these cheap hats - the rim is hard. so annoying!!! If it wasn't as cheap as it was, I'd send it back.

The hat is fun and fabulous. It has a neck band so if it gets a little breezy outside you won't loose your hat. i bought mine for gardening. It unfolds nicely once you get it. Just set it out on a table and the rim will straighten out. I love the pink. It is my favorite color. You will have fun in this hat. My friends love mine.

It does have a chinstrap which is convenient for yard mowing and riding in the Jeep. However, I wish the strap was adjustable instead of stretchy because I know it will wear out long before the hat itself. That being said, this is NOT a $60 upf hat meant for heavy use, but it is nice quality for the price.

I bought 2 of these hats, one "sand" and the other "light brown" The seller sent me 2 hats of the same color. After sending pictures and emailing customer service, they sent a third hat of the SAME color. Pleased with the attempt to rectify the problem, but the seller fell short in solving the problem. One of the hats is already separating at a seam. The hat fits pretty well and the elastic fits well and is not obvious while weaing it. The hat has a flexible wire to shape the brim. Just wish I could get the color I wanted! You get what you pay for.

I bought three hats this summer, and if you are looking for a very stylish floppy hat that goes well with dress and heels, this hat is not for you. It is very stiff, so it reminds me of a hat you buy for a costume instead of for everyday wear, and it sits on your head like as if you are balancing a very small wirerimmed crinoline. If you are looking for a more elegant hat that sways nicely in the breeze with just the right amount of flop, I would suggest the hats by sun n' sand. They are slightly more expensive, but are better quality. On the bright side, this hat fits smaller heads and if you are just looking for a gardening hat for example that you don't mind getting dirty, wet, etc, this is a good choice, because it'll do the job, and is a good price for this type of use.
