Dose this have the ecoegg encluded? As I have purchased refill and cup holder for the egg thinking that egg was enclosed.

Yes I had the egg and the fillers were in separate packs. I'm quite happy with the results however not got kiddies and we are pensioners so I don't launder heavily soiled items.

does it work on towels

It definitely works on our towels. Might not have done if the towels had been used by people who just soap up and wipe the dirt off with a towel. In fact, our towels are probably not as dirty as clothes, and so far, I've not been disappointed in washing anything.

I got the 720 washes version, but nobody says how often you have to replace the black pellets. Does anyone know?

Mine said when the black pellets are less apparently how you can tell that for sure I don't know good luck 🙂

Can the egg be used for more than one wash cycle a day? It says it needs to dry out but os that after every use ?

You can do 1 wash after the other. As long as the egg is left in a warm, well ventilated area, and not inside the washing machine or cupboard, as this will prevent it from drying out properly.
