Does one apply this over/after the Vitamin C+E serum?

Hello kskiska, yes, Hydra B5 Gel goes over the Vitamin C+E serum. The proper skin regimen always starts with a clean face. Cleanse and tone morning and night then in the morning only you apply your antioxidant, in your case Vitamin C+E. (I prefer Phloretin Serum, it seems to work better for me.) After the antioxidant, apply the Hydra B5 Gel, which I find works VERY well. Apply moisturizer and sunscreen. My moisturizer has sunscreen so I cut out one step. At night, cleanse and tone and apply Hydra B5 Gel and over that an exfoliant. I love their Retinol 1.0 creme. It makes my skin really smooth. Last step is to moisturize. I hope this helps. I get a lot of compliments since I started using Cosmetic Skin Solutions products.

Hi Brooke--As far as I know, it does not cause problems, at least not for me. I think it would be safe to give it a try and see how it works for you. You might want to add a pinch of water to make it less thick.
