ALLOSUN Fuel Injector Cleaner Tester & Adapter DIY Cleaning Tool Kit Set (Fuel Injector Tester)

Perfect tool for pulse-testing and flushing out gasoline Fuel Injectors. Easy to setup and easy to use. Comes in black padded case -- with instructions. Before using this Pulse Tester, use an Ohm meter to test the internal resistance of each injector. Should be 11-18 Ohms, with 14.5 Ohms as ideal. If one (1) or more injectors test out of spec, there's no sense going any further -- the bad injector(s) MUST be replaced. Fuel injectors that test within spec can be cleaned and re-conditioned with new O-rings, screen filter, and pintle caps. I used the "Little Parts BF08 Kit" (Amazon) for the Bosch/Motorcraft injectors -- with excellent results! Pictures show All-Sun Tester in included case, with AUS Connector installed on Bosch/Motorcraft injector and ready to go. The All-Sun Tester will pulse-test many brands and types of gasoline fuel injectors -- NOT for Diesel injectors !! Tester clamps connect to your 12-volt battery; red to positive, black to negative. Some reviewers attempt to use NINE-VOLT batteries to power the injector tester -- DON'T do it !! The All-Sun tester requires a full 12 volts in order to fire the gummed-up injectors and get them completely clean. I resistance-tested and flushed 2 sets of 8 injectors(16 total) by removing them from the engine. They can be resistance-tested (with Ohmeter and connector) ON THE CAR, IF you can get at them !! With the Tester set on "Mode 4 - Continuous", the injectors can be flushed with Carb/Injector Cleaner, such as "Berryman Chemtool Carb & Fuel Injector Cleaner (Amazon) by spraying into the inlet side of the injector while the Tester is on the "Continuous" Mode. The pulse-tester and Chemtool combination does a great job of cleaning out the gummy residue that builds up in the injectors due to the use of Ethanol in today's gasoline formulas. I was able to restore my old (146,000-miles) fuel injectors to as-new condition, using the All-Sun Tester, AUS Injector Connector, and the Berryman Chemtool to flush out the gummy stuff. With today's fuel injectors costing from 40 - 80 dollars each, the cost of the tester and connector easily pays for itself with just one injector flushing. When the job was completed, both my wife and I noticed a slight boost in performance, and the numbers are better at the gas pump, too !

Works very well for cleaning outboard fuel injectors at home, multiple modes from open/close to very fast pulses to simulate a running engine. Make sure you have enough power to it, it works on 9v battery but that I would not recommend it as it doesn't have enough current and voltage to fully open and close the injector.

I was able to confirm there was nothing wrong with my fuel injectors without ripping anything apart. I made one quick modification to the tester. I took a replacement fuel injector cable and crimped on the appropriate connectors (took me less than five minutes to make the modification). It made the tester much easier to use. Battery cables are short, but you can connect them to your alternator and frame and it will work just fine.

For what you pay, it’s a fantastic diagnostic tool for your toolbox. I work as a certified Master Technician, and this is a needed tool for some of the testing I have to do on a weekly basis. Quality: not as good as your Snap On, Mac, or OTC brand tools, but the functionality is there. You can tell it has that cheap plastic feel to it... but the price is right. Function: exactly as described. I tested the output of the pulse width modulation using an oscilloscope. It is just as advertised, and reliably consistent for testing purposes. Pros: great price. Carrying case and instructions. Functions as advertised. Cons: Cheaply insulated wires. Feels fragile overall. You have to disconnect the tool from the power source to change which mode you’re in. Overall: would recommend.

It did keep the noid light lit for 1 second each test. I am not sure if it pulses rapidly or just stays on the whole test time because I just tested it with an injector current test noid light. However, All you need is a pulse that stays on a equal time for measuring the pressure drop across all injectors. So this is pretty good at for the price. If it dies prematurely, I will update my review. No update-still all good.

Great tool ,youl love it trust me ,just do sum homework on it figured out a way too fit it on your injectors , witch need to be off the motor by the way, the second setting represents a 25 -30 mile an hour Cruze, if that monster outboard needs a very high pressure setting like over 80lb or 90 lb the fourth setting is faster and consistent maby more suitable for a outboard engine, good luck vents , DC.

Easy to use and you'll defiantly know if you injectors are stuck or not working. Helped me verify my brand new injectors don't work at all. Old injector clicks but the new one's don't. Will be helpful in testing the next set before installing them.

works well feels cheap but working at this price is all I'm concerned with. Happy.

Used this to test my natural gas injectors. Works as described. A few issues. The power cord is too short. You have to disconnect the power and reapply if you want to change test settings. Also the spade lugs are too big for any injectors I've seen. I had to make a jumper harness to attach to my injectors. But overall I'm satisfied with the tool despite these short falls.

Funziona. Molto semplice l'utilizzo. Provato con i Landi tappo arancio e wd40. Al momento ok. 4 funzioni . Si alimenta con i cavi della batteria ma c'è anche l'alloggio per le stilo. Vediamo quanto dura. Anche se, in realtà, l'operazione andrebbe fatta una volta l'anno oppure in caso di un pieno GPL sporco. Cmq ok

Very good, but be aware this will not work with Common rail diesel injectors as they are low impedance. Used them for pulsing some petrol injectors while cleaning them in an Ultrasonic bath and it worked flawlessly. Great product.
