Just dyed my roots and about 40 minutes into waiting for it to process (45 min is wait time) I looked in the mirror and the roots were BLACK! I quickly washed out the black and now my hair is crazy looking. Will call Wella when they open to find out what the heck happened; obviously a machine malfunction. I just read earlier about the same thing happening to another person, but never thought it would happen to me. Wella, as far as I know, has not issued a recall on this product. I am returning the other bottles to desertcart. Won't be buying Wella anymore. Back to Clairol.
