Does not fit properly. Customer service delays.
I purchased this upper bounce product, which is produced by KSH Brands. I was excited to replace my old worn out trampoline net, on my 14 foot curved pole trampoline, with this new one from Upper Bounce. Everything was going well, my existing top poles fit thought the upper sleeves perfectly. Next I began connecting the net clips to the mat rings; as I finished more and more, a problem began showing itself: The bottom fitment was loose and appears to be intended for a trampoline without curved poles. As such, there are dangerous gaps at the bottom of the netting. I decided to reach out to Upper Bounce directly before proceeding with return through Amazon. I was hoping they would be able to send me a correct fit net so I will not have to go through the hassle of repackaging and potential exposure to Covid through the process of drop off for return shipping. While KSH Brands eventually responded, my correspondence with them required several emails in which KSH Brands requested multiple pictures in various emails and has yet to assure me, in any way, that they would be willing to rectify this issue. As such, I intend to return this product to Amazon before the return window closes and purchase a net from a different supplier.

good product
I bought as a replacement for our jump pod net. It seems like an ok net, only time will tell how it holds up. These nets need to be much more heavy duty to take the punishment they have to endure. The top ring enclosure I felt was not made very well at least not as well as the original. On the plus side I like the way it hooks to the mat springs much easier than the string on the original, however they seem to come off every once in a while but they are very easy to reattach.

So far so good
We bought this as a replacement trampoline net. This is the 3rd net we've had for our 14 foot trampoline. I liked it better then the 2nd one we bought which actually had the poles on top exposed, making it look really sloppy and even floppy around the top circumference. This fits perfectly, looks finished and has been very functional. Keeps our 5 and 3 year old safe. When this one eventually gets sun damaged we will probably order the same one again. The first one we had which actually came with the trampoline gave out after about 2 years... We think it must've just had bad sun damage. My daughter threw herself up against the side to kind of bounce off of the net and she ended up flying through the net landing on the ground. It was absolutely horrible having this happen to her. We are lucky she didn't break her neck or something else. So please parents always remember to keep an eye on these nets because they only last so long and you don't want your kids to end up flying through the nets eventually getting seriously hurt. Even with a net you still have to be careful and ocasionaly check and make sure your net is in excellent working condition.

So far, so good!
We have not actually tested this yet (i.e. we have not been on the trampoline post net installation), as our trampoline is still buried in snow, but I did put this up and it was very easy to install and looks great. The main difference, which I believe will be a plus here, is that this one is not as taught as the one that came with the trampoline (which we bought at Sam's Club, and has been great for 2+ years now). The other one was so tight that the kids would use the walls to bounce off of, as they were about as springy as the bottom matt was. This new net attaches with clips (quite easily) and has more play in it. It is not so loose that it would allow occupants to fall out, but it is not so tight that you'd be tempted to bounce off the walls either. Time will tell, but this appears to be a great net.

Great replacement net.
*UPDATE* I have had this for 3 years now. The net itself is very strong and has really held up nicely. The top fabric where it attaches to the top metal ring, did not hold up well. It start to dry for after the first year. Last year I held it up with gorilla tape. This year I have woven paracord around the entire top and attached it that way. We take the net off every winter to store it, so the top fabric shouldn't have dry rotted that fast in my opinion. If they could come up with a better way to attached the top with would be wonderful. This net fit perfectly and was very easy to install. I really like the hooks on the bottom. It was much easier than lacing it all the way around. It also feels much stronger than the original net.

Works but...
It's seemingly a good replacement and looks to be better quality than the one that came with our trampoline. A couple downsides though: Our trampoline was measured a little under 14ft, so we got the 14ft net but when we put the ring in at the top of the net, it was extremely tight and actually started ripping the top a bit. 😕 The other downside was based on previous reviews, mentioning that the top section around the ring would start falling apart after too much sun, saying it wasn't UV protected. Someone suggested putting duct tape, but I've found duct tape doesn't stay when it gets wet, so we decided to use spray paint to try and protect it. I don't know if this will work any better, but will give an update if it doesn't.

Perfect replacement for original
It always amazes me how much spare parts are. The net is almost 50% the price paid for the whole trampoline when I bought it new. Hence it was somewhat of a dilemma when deciding whether to just buy the net or get a whole new trampoline. I am not sure how many more years my kids will want to use the trampoline, so I plumped for the net on the basis that the rest of the trampoline seems okay. The good news is that this net is every bit as good as the original net on the Jumpking 10ft trampoline. In fact, I think it is better. The zip for the door on the old one used to catch on the fabric because it was not sewn well, but this one is fine. Does the job and will keep the kids safe.
