These posters are very nice quality, weight and will last probably longer than me lol. AND something REALLY awesome I didn't realize when I ordered them is they are printed horizontally on one side and vertically on the other so you can hang them either way. VERY nice! Easy to read and sure make the workout area look pro. Plus easy to follow and more exercises then I knew so my workout will be much better and efficient not having to remember or follow a video. I would definitely order them again and highly recommend them!

I do a lot of at-home resistance band training. So, I purchased these to give me direction for specific body parts. Laminated, very high quality. As an added bonus, on the reverse are additional workouts for other equipment - for example one had Suspension Band training workouts. It's almost like getting 2-for-1!

Getting them to lay flat is a little time consuming, but once you get past that they're fantastic. The variety as well as the easy to understand pictures, makes this an addition or primary means for setting up your workouts. There are dozens of different exercises covering the entire body. They are printed on the front and back with the same exercises. One side is horizontal and the other is vertical. If you want to work at your own pace and not have to search YouTube for your workout on any given day, then these posters will definitely help.

These two posters were exactly what we were looking for. They can be turned vertical or horizontal depending on where you are posting them. They are thick and laminated so you can mark on them as needed with a dry erase marker. Very easy to see each picture for how to correctly do each stretch. Great product for my young son who plays baseball.

I don't usually write reviews because most stuff is fine or "meh" but these are beautiful. They really are. High quality. Nicely laminated. 2-sided. For under 20 bucks I am EXTREMELY happy. Most of the time you get what you pay for and unfortunately, sometimes with AMZN products, you don't get what you paid for. These are, in my opinion, better than the price (although that doesn't mean they should raise the price! hee hee). So worth the price!

I bought a bunch of these posters (dumbbells, body weight, sliders, bands) and it makes working out at home so much easier. When you combine all of the posters there’s a ton of exercises that you can rotate thru. I’m going to stick to one weekly routine for awhile but then I’ll have a ton of exercises to switch it up when I’m ready. Having two separate posters was a great bonus. I didn’t uncurl them as instructed. I just laid books on the corners and it took a few days but now they’re fine. I’m not framing them or tacking them on the wall, I just pull them out when I exercise.

The posters arrived before expected. They were packaged well, no damage. The posters have the option of hanging horizontally or vertically, depending on the side of the poster you choose, which worked out really well for me. The only thing that disappointed me was how difficult it was to get the poster to flatten out.
