The reviews were so mixed I hesitated buying this gel and I regret waiting. It's great! I wonder if some of the negative reviews are by folks who don't realize this is *hard* gel? Don't use this product if you use soak off gels! Your builder gel should say "hard gel"!I used this with the full gelish/harmony products: PH Bond, Pro-Bond, clear builder hard gel, and finished with Top It Off. I'm not a pro--just playing around at home. I used about 2 coats, but was pleasantly surprised how opaque the result was even after the first coat. It does get hot while curing--it's white after all--but no cracking issues. And I cured it longer than necessary--read the directions! After 2 coats the color was just fine for me. (See 1st photo.) After a week I had an issue with my middle finger (not related to this product) and needed to redo it. The 2nd photo shows a color comparison between 1 week old (left finger) and newly applied (right finger). As you can see almost no yellowing--wonderful.

I just used this polish last night and although it's a big bottle, I'm not crazy about the brush. I guess some people have big nails and maybe it's designed for different types of nail sizes...not sure, but my nails are small, so maybe I'm not used to working with a big brush. The polish itself is ok, although it seemed sticky, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way or just old polish. This is only my 2nd attempt at doing my own French Manicure, but I always use Red Carpet Manicure polish/products and wanted to see the difference in these two.

dries in 5 seconds, very white.

It looks GREAT at first but cracks after 2 days. Had to soak it off and reapply just for it to crack again. Will try another white gel next time.

It's really thick so easy to work with it's a stunning crisp white . In my opinion it's better then most salon's have to offer. With products for nails that Amazon has no need to go to a over priced salon.
