Not only does this phone lag and have constant issues with the Google play store but also on games and normal web browser. Slow and the sim reader is terrible I have to keep restarting my phone just to get it to read my memory and sim card waste of money, false advertising and all around rubbish phone

The most fragile mobile I'v bought in 17 years
I bought this 1x after a careful study of phone features and being told that Nokia own Alcatel. This phone fell from 30cm onto carpet after 1 week and the screen shattered. To get a replacement (non genuine) screen fitted the cheapest quote I found was around 60% the cost of a replacement phone. Hence I'v bought a mobile from another manufacturer and will never buy Alcatel again until there is a monumental improvement in durability. I don't want to buy a phone made of quality materials only to put it in an ugly bad fitting wibbly wobbly jelly mould case. It should have a certain degree of inherent durability.
