Great for Salad Dressing ! Tastes special.
Love this stuff on salad. A friend served this and we are hooked. LIttle olive oil and this and it tastes great. I bought a pack as it last a long time. The value is pretty good . The Bottle size works good to pour. The reductin is a good consistnacy for salads. I am not sure what else it can be used for.

Alessi white balsamic glaze is my absolute favorite summertime flavor enhancer! I use this so often and it can be difficult to find in the grocery store. Thank heavens I was fortunate enough to find it on amazon prime. I use the white balsamic glaze for appetizers, asparagus, protein and on grilled peaches. My absolute favorite is our vine ripened tomatoes with mozzarella balls and a drizzle of the balsamic glaze. A fresh caprese salad brightens any meal and is a great addition to chicken or salmon. I am also delighted with the raspberry infused white balsamic reduction. I love to use it on a fresh fruit dessert salad. The good news is it has zero fat, cholesterol and sodium. There are no thickness or fillers added so the flavors are highlighted rather than masked. The not so good news is the total carbohydrates is14 grams, total sugars are14 grams and includes 11 grams of added sugars in one tablespoon. In my house that tablespoon goes a long way in garnishing my food. I recommend this product to family, friends, and other who love this flavor-filled Italian treat. Burn Appetito!
