LOVE IT. Washing Instructions from Company !
AMAZING table cloth. LOVE LOVE.if youre nervous about washing or having it generally be high maintenance, it's not. This is what the Company sent me via email:(ps I use Seventh Generation on Cold Cycle and I hang it over my banister to dry. All I do is smooth out the edges as the little hem on edge folds over in the wash. Just run your hands along all four edges when it's wet and hang to dry. NO NEED TO EVER IRON. looks GREAT. It has not shrunk at all nor has any of the vibrancy of color been lost)"You may wash your handcrafted linens using the cold and gentle cycle setting on your washing machine. Please do not soak the linens. Use a detergent formulated for delicate fabrics. The eco friendly ones that are available at Costco called Ecos or Seventh Generation are really good, Woolite is another good option. Do not use any detergent that contains phosphates or bleach. It would be best to hang dry the linens. However, if this is not viable then dry them using the coolest setting on your dryer. As a part of the hand block printing process, the cotton fabric for each piece is cut significantly larger than the finished size. Each piece goes through several baths during the dyeing and printing process and as a result is substantially pre-shrunk. Pre- shrunk cotton however, is not completely immune to shrinking, especially when thrown in the dryer or washed with hot water. It won't shrink as much as fabric that has not been pre-shrunk, but some shrinkage may still occur.Avoid using dryer/softener sheets since they tend to coat the fibers and leave a white residue on the fabric.Remember these linens are handcrafted and that the entire print is hand blocked five square inches at a time, using a set of several hand-carved wood blocks, one for each color. Hence, these linens that are so exquisitely marked by the human hand must be treated with love and care, befitting a piece of living textile art. When cared for properly your Saffron Marigold linens will offer your many seasons of joy and pleasure."Please feel free to get in touch with any further questions or concerns.Sincerely,ArchanaCustomer Support at Saffron Marigold

worth the $, beautiful
Beautiful!!!!!Great transaction all around. It washes up fine so far on delicate. Durable. It did shrink a LITTLE, going to air dry from now on, it will probably stretch back to shape when wet, or if ironed. It's nothing that matters. I'm just fine with it. The colors are also a *little* bit different than what I was expecting. I thought the blue would be more teal, it's just darker, and pretty! The marigold type stripe is less orange, but again, it's pretty! The little dots and stamps over top of all the others, are a fluorescent - y coral, orange, pink? So pretty! I got the 70" circle and could have gone longer too, would look great either way, shorter was better for the toddler in the house. So a 70" or less table would fit the circle top of the tablecloth perfectly. It's fun to look at this thing, wondering what the person was thinking as they stamped it. This must have been pretty time consuming! It isn't a "cookie cutter" table cloth. It's not "perfect", yet at the same time, it is absolutely is. And that's exactly why I love it. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. Highly recommend! Pics reallt don't do it justice, seriously. Pricey, but worth the splurge. I LOVE handmade items like this.

Gorgeous color and design
I adore this tablecloth! The colors are even richer and more saturated than they appear onscreen, and the qualitiy is excellent -- clean stitching, no loose threads, light but sturdy fabric. The design is intricate without being ostentatious, and it looks handcrafted without being too "rustic" (which I like). Our house is painted in rich, earthy-spicy colors (living room is saffron yellow; dining room is sage green with a paprika highlight wall) so I like to use equally richly-colored table linens that harmonize with the space. This tablecloth is perfect. While it's apparently made in India, it has a Moroccan look to it, in my view. It's ideal for the holidays because of the festive colors and design, but I'm certain we'll use it year-round.

Really nice quality
This tablecloth is really beautiful. I only put 4 stars because it's expensive in my opinion, perhaps because I needed the biggest size which is the priciest. If the items were less pricey I would want to own all the patterns. The quality is great, it washes pretty well (I use regular detergent but maybe should use something more gentle) and makes the table look personal and unique. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this or another cloth from this company.

Overpriced!
The design is nice but the material is thin. I expected a heavier material since, with shiping and tax, I paid $90.00 for a 70” round. The shipping is overpriced as well. I have a tablecloth from Spain that is hand stamped and looks far more authentic. The blue print on the white stripe looks uneven at points but it doesn’t look like the tablecloth itself was hand stamped. Overall, the pattern is pretty but not worth the price.

Almost perfect
This tablecloth looks sophisticated, but so far does a great job of masking crumbs etc. However, even the smallest size is still a bit too large for my condo-sized table.

Washed- out print
The tablecloth is much more pale/ washed out than the photo suggests .

A piece of art, but looks better on smaller tables
This tablecloth is a piece of art. Quite literally, since it is hand made. While stunning, the tablecloth probably looks better on smaller tables. My table is relatively large at around 50", and the circular pattern rimming the tablecloth is quite difficult to align with the table edge.
