Wilton Love Potion Mega Kit

I ordered these for an enchanted forest wedding favor. I was originally going to fill them with jelly beans, which I knew might be a risk if they didnt fit. The jelly beans did fit but once I filled the vial up with them, I couldn't get them out! Then it was back to the drawing board on what to fill them with. I went with a recipe I found on the internet called "love potion tea" Since my wedding is an enchanted wedding, potion bottles and love potion tea went together quite well. I filled the vials with all the dry ingredients for the love tea, and used the ribbon the vials came with to tie a card around it with the recipe. Even if people dont brew the tea, the colors of the dry ingredients look very pretty! The best thing about these vials is the "SLOTTED CORK"! I am using these favors for the guests name place card, but alternatly you could put a picture in there, or a quote card..etc.The only bad thing I can say about these vials is that they come with stickers that you can download a template for and print out to stick to the vial. Well since the container these vials come in is round, the sticker sheets were bent to the point that I coudn't straighten them out to get them to print correctly. I worked at it for a good couple hours trying to align them in the printer so that they would print, but no such luck. Just a slight bend would cause the printer to jam, or it would cause the words to not be aligned. I suppose if you had a couple of months time to place them in a heavy book, that maybe you could get them to work. I wish Wilton could think of a better way to include the stickers so that they arn't all bent and out of whack.So if you dont mind not being able to use the sticker labels, then the whimsical look of the potion bottles really adds a nice personal touch to the occaison.

Love this product. First it arrived really quickly and second, it was really easy to assemble and use. The top is a little small for larger candy like M&M's or Jordan Almonds but with a little searching, you can easily find something that fits. The directions for the labels were so clear and easy to follow. Making this favor was a snap. Really happy with this kit.
