Came super quick. I bought it for my business. Quickly mounted it and downloaded the app on my phone. Paired up in 4 minutes. Very easy to set up and use. I now moniter my business away from the office. It alerts me everytime there's a movement. You can set it up to alert you on sounds or movement. I then open the app and can watch what happened on review or hot the live feed and watch it live. It's got audio sound to also listen quietly or you can use the microphone to talk to anyone or a pet. It's fabulous. The video quality and sound are both great. For the cost bracket, you won't find a better video system that's easy to set up and use. I'm purchasing a few others for my home and camp. You can use the same app for all the cameras you may purchase. Having a live video of whatever you desire is awesome. If you desire or need a surveillance of pets, home, business, or any need to watch what's going on...THIS IS THE CAMERA TO GET!! ### ⭐ Doesn't install as instructed, doesn't work at all remotely, no support of any kind, 95% of the time I get a timeout error. *by K***S on December 1, 2015* This review is for ZH-IXC1D-WAC. I hate to do it but I will have no choice but to return the product to Amazon1. Almost never works (i.e. stream live video to the Zsight app) unless I am on the same LAN as the cameras and even then it fails to display sometimes. I have yet to see it work when I am away from home. Oddly enough it did work via cellular data but only while I was sitting in my home.2. SD memory is filling up but when I try to view it, I get a message that there is nothing recorded no matter which day I choose. Even worse, even if it did work, apparently you have to be on the same LAN with your phone else you get an error message telling you that you must be on the same LAN to view SD recordings. This is ridiculous as I want to put it in my vacation home 3 hours away.3. Phone support is advertised on their web site but doesn't really exist.4. Live chat didn't respond at all and neither did my email request for support.5. Instructions indicate to use SmartLink but instead EZlink is the only way to pair it to your LAN and you have to waste time to finally take that leap and just try it to figure it out.6. Still shot of alarm event (which is captured at the wrong moment) instead of a simple marker to the continuous video stream is another ridiculous "feature". You spend extra $$ on a 32 or 64 G SD card but it is worthless because it won't display in any of the capacities it should.7. The only thing that does seem to work flawlessly is manually streaming video to the Gallery.8. My home LAN is typically 100Mbps + up and 12 Mbps down on my desktop and even faster down on my iphone, so this is not a bandwidth issue even though the app constantly complains of timing out because internet is too slow. My other cameras in the mean time work fine on that same internet when I stream from them. Even if I turn everything else off on my network Zmodo doesn't work 95% of the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Review of Zmodo wireless camera *by W***E on January 12, 2016* I have many different kinds of cameras that I use for security monitoring. My opinion comes from experience.Pros: The configuration is very easy and takes about 2 minutes from opening the box to operation.The price is very reasonable for what the camera does.The quality of the picture is reasonable taking the price into consideration.The Web login on local network was very easy as well.I logged into the camera using my Iphone 4S it was straight forward quick and easy.It supports a mini SD card to save images too and you can configure time of day, motion and sound as triggers.Cons: The size of the image is lacking! The screen size on my large computer monitor is about the same size as what is on my phone, it's hard to make out details. It's not fuzzy it's just small!The focus is good but it appears to be set up for objects that are about 6 feet away from camera anything further is really hard to make out although in all fairness the picture is sharp and clear.Summary: This camera leaves more to be desired but it is a good entry level camera and it appears they are working on cloud based storage but there is none with came with my camera. Once they have cloud based storage it will be a much better product, but for entry level it is fine the way it is.I have other products made by this company that I am very happy with.
