Perfect tape for packing antiques and vintage items with delicate surfaces
Great tape — it lives up to its claims. I used it to pack and ship an antique fireplace mantel and then for wrapping other vintage items and antiques I sell in my eBay shop. It didn’t lift the finish or damage the delicate mirror backing, yet it held padding and bubble wrap securely. Easily peels away from newsprint without fraying or shredding its surface like blue painter's tape may. It tears from the roll easily and cleanly, and is strong enough to keep large sheets of packing paper in place across several feet without sagging. Good price as well. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone needing to protect a fragile surface.

Light adhesive but stays in place for masking woodwork as long as it has been dusted
