Is the edge design seen on the sides wrap around to the end of the cloth as well or is this just dress lace sold by the yard and hemmed at the ends?

What size should I buy for my 60 inches long and width 26?

It depends upon whether you're using it for  a dining table or a serving table. I had 2 72-inch (6 ft.) serving tables and I used the 60x120 size that allowed for a lot of overhang. For dining at a 60 inch by 26 inch table you'd want a smaller size. If you are using a solid color tablecloth underneath you want the lace to be a little larger than the colored cloth.
