Altogether about 30 minutes per end (front and rear). I had a few other minor things to do while the wheels were off, but again an easy repair/replacement. The brakes were then burnished in according to recommended manufacturer specifications. The brakes set in well and worked fine from the beginning, but has I drove about 60 miles for the day, they really set in and began to work better. Definite improvement over stock. I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their pads to give these a try. Like the other reviews. They are good out of the box, but given a bit of time they set in and are great performers.
