The vanilla flavor is really light and pleasant, and completely masks the strong taste of the herbs. Other lactation teas I've tried have tasted terrible, but this one is great. It also works so, so well. I drink this in the evenings before bed, and every time my LO wakes up at night to eat, she gets more than enough. I fill an entire Haaka during those nighttime feedings too! The only thing is that it's a bit pricey to me, and when you try to reuse the teabags for a second cup like Pink Stork suggests, the flavor of the tea really isn't there and it's kind of gross to drink (tastes like very watered down tea). The first thing I noticed is that all of their ingredients are organic (in case that’s matters to you as a potential buyer since it’s the TOP priority for me) and second it’s a Women Owned company so they truly understand the challenges that might come with lactating.The presentation is gorgeous I loved the smell and taste of the tea. Each satchel makes up to two cups of tea in case you’re a refiller just like me and I’m sure you’ll love the taste. I noticed a slight increase in my milk production, it’s caffeine free and I even felt some calm and good mood while drinking it I guess it was the vanilla!
