I am not worried about the P4 coming out, in any case you can adjust the tension on the hold and you can also adjust the angle in how it seats in your belt, making it more comfortable to wear and to pull out. I will be ordering another one for my ARC.
Review: Sturdy and protective sheath - I was really impressed when I received my new sheath! This is a high quality product that is sturdy and provides protection for my Leatherman. My tool fits into the sheath nicely. Only thing I have a slight issue is I think the locking feature could be a little more snug but it doesn't fall out. This snugness issue in my opinion is just a matter of personal preference and not a real result of poor craftsmanship. I would buy this item again and recommend it to others!

I’m really happy with this purchase, it’s well made and it holds the P4 secure and comfortably. Been carrying and using this daily for about eight months. The belt clip is still good and the tool retention is still good, and it gets lots of use. I actually use my Leatherman more because it’s easier to access and reholster. Once you get used to its position on your belt you never have to look at it to use it. If you’re giving a multi tool as a gift, go ahead and give this at the same time.
