I have been using the cream for 2 years. But my last purchase disappointed me. It doesn't work at all. Price is very high of the product..so it makes a difference for a buyer. Please look into the matter. Its a humble request.

Not a genuine product
There are rough particles in the product which you will get when half of the product is used. One you finish half product you will find product is rough and it has thin and sharp particles which looks like plastic.would have given minus rating if possible.
