I bought it because I was having a hip replacement. I'm into the Law of Attraction movement. I read Eckhert Tolle, Depak Chopra, etc. I was intrigued by the brainwave syncronization. And I was not disappointed. I played this CD (and others) through the night following my surgery... It kept me calm, centered, and less than 24 hours after my surgery I walked out of the hospital on my own, with no limp.
