Does this item come with a Manufacturer Certificate of Calibration or Conformity?

Hi, Thank you for the question. Unfortunately our GIM 60 does not have certificate of calibration we just have those certificates for our rotary laser. This GIM 60 includes GIM 60 24 In. level, AA batteries and a Carry case. Is this level waterproof and dust proof?

No, it is not dust proof. It maybe water resistant but it is not water proof. If it is IP65 it may be said to be dust proof but not water proof. In my opinion the SmartTool Gen 3 is a much better product as it is IP 65 certified and is more accurate in my testing.

Do you need to purchase the digital device separately? We bought and it wasn't in the box, so essentially we got a very expensive level

Will adding a magnet to this disrupt the measurement?

If the magnets are same it will not , but you will have to recalibrate as mentioned in your owners manual.
