Is this RPZ lead free?

Just because it says lead free doesn't mean there's no lead. Manufacturers are allowed a percentage of lead in backflow devices and advertise it's a lead free device. Do the research!

what is the outlet pressure?

Texas state licensed irrigator here, no backflow controls pressure. Most have a maximum psi rating only, generally 175psi before brass fails. You can add a PRV (pressure regulating valve) which a lot of HOA’s require, some don’t. If you install a master valve you can turn the flow control on the valve down to mitigate high pressure. I suggest you purchase a 1/4” thread psi meter so you can gauge your pressure at the backflow after install. It might already be at a good pressure. In Texas, it is illegal for anyone without a license to install a backflow or be directly supervised by said licensed irrigator. I only know Texas Water Laws so please look up this info on your states Department of Environmental Quality website or call the water provider plus HOA. You may require a permit, we do. You may have to call 811. We do by law if we dig. Hope this is helpful.

Can you adjust the working pressure on the outlet side.

yes you can BUTT you will wear out the outgoing ball valve ball and nylon seal in ball valve from water rushing through it and it will not seal tight when off and will seep and if you have a back flow test it will not pass the test has to be leak free better off installing a pressure regulator.
