I would like to know if it can be mounted on the back wall? not the sides. the other other question was not answered.

Hi the wardrobe lift can only be mounted to walls which is face to face, so that it can be put down.

My bar is almost impossible to pull down. Am I doing something wrong?

Pulling down no problem with ours pushing up requires more force at the start from the full down position due to clothing weight , did notice that you need to pull down at a 45° angle to the normal handle hanging down , must overcome air/hydraulic cylinders. Hope this helps
