These are very durable. The glass it super thick and holds the perfect amount for my kombucha. I can fit a whole batch in both of them. Great value! I have yet to clean them but hopefully they will come clean easily. I have just been washing them out with water.

As a kombucha newbie I didn’t realize you need to make sure you have fermented “grade” bottles (super important since they explode) these bottles are perfect for sauces or drinks but NOT for fermenting

I make my own vanilla. I would just put the vanilla beans in the bottle of alcohol (I use Spiced Rum) and put it in my pantry to work. But one day, I had friends over and a few of them noticed my bottle of alcohol with the vanilla beans. Unknown to me, they were spiking their Cokes with my Vanilla Spiced Rum!!! (Thanks friends!) The next day, when I went to shake the bottle, it was over half gone! THATS WHY I purchased these glass bottles. They are large and easy to fill, shake and pour. Totally clear, I can look and see how my vanilla is looking. But best of all - no one but me knows what is in the bottle! No more Vanilla Spiced Rum and Coke drinks for you guys!!! ;)

I bought these bottles because the seller mentioned made in Italy, the first time they were of superior quality. On second purchase I got cheap made in china bottles in place of the original that was wobbly and the swing top was loose. I am using these bottles for the 2nd fermentation of kombucha so it is useless if they are wobbly and swing top doesn't' seal. So I am returning them.

Excellent "Grolsch" bottles, well made, thicker at the base and the shoulders with a well fitting cage and stopper giving a good airtight seal. Expensive at £16.99 for six but worth it in the long run, they can be cleaned and re-used repeatedly and don't break easily. Arrived well packaged in foam to prevent breakages in transit. Would buy again. 5 stars.

Solid bottle, but given its shape it does take some effort to clean and sterilize. You'll likely need a bottle cleaner and/or run it through the dish washer. Easy assembly and disassembly, great for fermenting and burping drinks, just make sure you keep an eye on it! I used it for a home brew of rice wine which develops its fizziness in the fridge. Bottle held up to the gas build-up, but definitely needed to burp the drink every other day.

I got these for home made Irish Cream. They are perfect. Each bottle holds one full batch of the Irish Cream. They look nice for gift giving
