- Important Note: Germicidal Lamps emit UV-C radiation at 253.7nm that is dangerous to the human eye and skin. These lamps should NOT be used for general illumination and only used in a sealed filter unit or cannister
- Suitable for aquarium & fish pond filters, UV clarifiers and fully enclosed external canister UVC filters. For sterilisation purposes replace every 6 months. For clarification of ponds replace every 6-12 months
- Manufactured using Quartz not Glass as found with standard UVC lamps
- 9000 hours average rated life compared to a standard UVC lamp
