Excellent as a marinade.

Now that I have to be "Salt Free" the Lord blessed me with this wonderful dressing. I use it on so many things. Soooo tasty. Thank you Brick House.

Very disappointing. Flavorless, thin and runny. Waste of money because I can’t even return it. This is a variety I use often in other brands, so know how it’s supposed to taste. Brick House brand is terrible quality.

Not the flavor I was expecting

This is a very good salad dressings like that is is gluten free. I go to whole for my salads And they have a salad dressings that is very similar to this one. No cigar but very close to the one Whole Foods provides at their salad bar. I think the price is a bit high for salad dressing. So not sure if I will purchase again it is a wait and see.

I will see what another shipment brings. The vinaigrette nature is certainly present, but without much of any taste of note. That Ginger and other spices may be present may be clear, but that the taste can be made out from the business is not clearly in evidence. After a first trial, I suspected that I had insufficiently shaken the bottle or had waited too long for the pouring and then I spent maybe close to 45 seconds in quite vigorous agitation before decanting a small quantity to a spoon for the tasting without the nature of vegetables or other content beyond the product itself. I have not been able to taste much of any change. The result is some oil and vinegar with some colored material mixed in with nothing much to show for it. Perhaps the lot is bad and another lot can be sampled with a better endpoint. I have another dressing with Ginger and have noted no similar taste loss so that my taste buds are not the problem here. In any case with normal smell, taste impairment would be not all that likely. I am puzzled by the problem as the product seemed to get some good reviews.

Love that this is both dairy and gluten free. Awesome for marinating protein and for any Asian style salad.
