This is the only product that works. I purchased another brand a few months ago and it didn’t work. It had no effect whatsoever on my coffee machine. I put this full bottle in the reservoir as per instructions and it foamed and fizzed and cleaned the entire machine. I then finished with the rinse pod. It took me about two hours to clean the coffee machine. I had to keep on emptying the reservoir and brewing the water and filling the reservoir again. Probably used 25 reservoirs of filtered tap water. Then I brewed of cup of coffee and WOW I can taste the coffee again. Prior to this the coffee was bland and tasteless. I highly recommend the Kuerig brand.

I have an older model Keurig with a internal water storage area which I had never thoroughly cleaned. I read the pros and cons of this method versus white vinegar. Since this is not done often, I didn't want to take the cheaper route with the vinegar and risk spoiling the taste of the coffee afterwards. I feel this is an expensive solution, but it did work with no unpleasant taste once the process was finished. You do have to make sure you follow the directions exactly and it takes awhile to run through all the water cycles to make sure the product has done its work and is rinsed out of the coffee maker. I will use it again in the future.

My machine quit working. I didn't think I needed this as I only use bottled water. Once it was all finished, everything worked like new!

This is the right stuff. Just don't dilute it too much. I use this every time that descale light pops on. Takes a long time, but I don't fancy having to buy a new machine or have bad coffee. I don't drink flavored coffees so I don't use those rinse pods.

There were two sets of instructions on the bottle, one "For K-cup brewers" and the other "for Keurig Brewers with a water reservoir." I thought ok great that second one is me, and I followed those instructions. My machine did not ultimately register what I was doing and so the blinking descale light was still there after finishing. I looked up descaling instructions online and they were completely different. I followed those (no solution this time) and whadaya know? It worked and the descale light went off. The instructions were almost alarmingly different from what was printed on the bottle of solution. I ended up wasting a lot of water and a lot of time. So, I assume the solution got the job done, but the instructions on the packaging were misleading.
