These are softer than the previous pink ones I had. Not quite as effective because of this but because they don't rub my skin uncomfortably, I am happy to wear them all the time. This means my knees hurt less. I am not a sportswoman just an older woman whose knees are suffering with age.

Works well. My son and I do a lot of mountain walking and descents have been putting increasing stress on my knee so I have been looking for something to help Having strapped my knee on a number of occasions I thought I'd try this. I used it on a mountain descent and as a result suffered no pain or strain over a 7km descent. Only used it once so far but found it to be excellent.

Was suffering bad knee pain, which on investigation turned out to be severe arthritis and a floating bit of cartilage. Since wearing the knee strap the pain has reduced considerably though I will still have to see an orthopaedic surgeon. I assume the strap has helped although I supposed it could have eased by itself.

I'm usually very sceptical about items like this but thought for the money it was worth a try. I have arthritis bin my right knee and every step I take hurts but this knee support has amazed me. It has certainly reduced the pain I feel when I'm walking and even when I take it off at night I can actually turn over in bed without any pain in my knee. So glad I gave it a go.

Only need one, but you can wear them on either knee or both. They do seem to help prevent pain caused by the patella moving during walking.

Don’t know of the benefits until I use it long term. Very comfortable to wear under fairly tight jeans and doesn’t show. Only remembered I was wearing them when I knelt down . Arrived promptly, sadly everything comes from China ergo no instructions as to wear duration, precisely what injuries it’s for and so on.

I do a fair amount of hiking but recently started getting knee pain on steep hill descents, especially after multi-day hikes. I saw a suggestion to try knee straps. I still don't quite understand how or why they work, but I can confirm that they helped reduce that sharp pain in the knee as you come down the steep bits on hills and mountains.

I am working 12 h on my feet. From 12 I am sitting 1 and believe me at 30 my knees hurt like hell. So at the insistence of my husband, I bought these. I am wearing them all day. They are fantastic could not live without them now. Comfortable, pain relief , easy to wash
