Flash no longer functions in TTL mode at the one year mark. Very light use.

Perfect for a mirrorless camera
I just received delivery of this unit for use with an Olympus E-M10. I have limited need for a flash and was looking for something with TTL that was compact and wouldn't break the bank. The unit seems to be nice quality, the LCD screen and buttons work well, and it is impressively packaged. It comes with a diffuser, off camera stand, and lightweight nylon drawstring bag for the unit. I haven't had an occasion to use it yet, but I did play around with it to check it out and the TTL mode and off camera optical trigger worked great. The size of the MK-320 is perfect for a smaller mirrorless camera as opposed to the large flash units made for DSLR's that can be as big and heavy as the camera. If I come up with any other pros or cons I'll update the review. After using the flash for a while I found that while not particularly powerful, it performs well and recharge between shots with good batteries is decent. The TTL works great using it for fill in indoors and out. Nice little unit.

An easy to carry, functional flash with many freebies in a good price. Be aware of potential quality control issue.
This is the third one I got. The former two were returned because deficit in the function and missing parts. The third one works properly so I decided to keep it. I had used it on my Olympus EM-10.Pro's:Easy to carry, very compact sizeHot shoe contains a lot of metal, looks durableTTL mode works properly.Come with protective case, tripod stand, diffusion box.Good price.Con's:Can not zoom. Not very powerful.Quality control (so remember to buy only these fulfilled or sold by AMZ, and not at the last mintue)I

I really like the size and weight of the unit
I really like the size and weight of the unit. Perfect for the Olympus EM-1 and the -7 degree tilt was very useful for macro photography. LED lamp was a welcome focusing aid at higher magnifications. Refresh rate was surprisingly quick for a two battery flash. This all sounds good why only two stars? After 4 uses my unit failed to fire. LED worked fine but flash wouldn't fire in manual or TTL mode. Even the "test" button failed to initiate the unit.

Not a picky person? This flash is pretty ok. Want consistency and "don't think about it" flash usage - not for you...
I would not feel comfortable recommending this to anyone. While it is nice and small... and the included stand and diffuses are definitely a plus... it doesn't "just work" like a flash should. Two major problems that mine is having...1: Depending on what setting my camera is in, the flash sometimes work (emits the proper amount of light) and sometimes doesn't (usually too dark). My camera (Panasonic G85) does have the ability to change the flash strength quickly and easily - too easily really... but I have verified numerous times that the camera flash setting is set to either full auto or "0" for the TTL to work. Still not consistent.2: The second issue I'm having is that the flash has to be turned on first, before the camera. If the camera is turned on, I cannot turn on the flash. If I turn on the flash first... than I can power up the flash and then power down the flash. There have even been times when the flash unit can not be turned off. I've had to pop open the battery door and remove the batteries to turn it off.All in all, I don't use the flash that often, so I try to put up with the issues... (Plus, because of a recent vacation, missed my return window...) But, if you think that you will rely on your flash, purchased a different low budget flash or the Panasonic flash (a bit over priced, but very good).

Great Value - love this flash.
This flash is a great value and exceeded my expectations. Received it well packed in original manufacture's packaging. Flash and owner's manual easy to understand. I have only had it one day, but already gave the TTL a good work through. I am using the flash on the Panasonic GX8. It works well and is a good size fix. I like that I can adjust (point) the flash from 45 to 90 degrees. It has worked perfect on TTL with my GX8. The flash includes a diffuser that fits snugly. Uses 2 AA batteries which are available everywhere. I will try the manual modes on the flash in the future. But on TTL the exposure compensation did work well. Love the size of the flash. Also the available LED lights are useful. I will have to try them on video. Everything works well with buttons and an easy to understand menu. Great companion for my new GX8.

Seems to work with my Panasonic GX7
I also reviewed this flash under a different brand name. Model No. is the same and it seems exactly the same. I was looking for a small inexpensive flash for my Panasonic GX7 micro 4/3 camera. Seems to work fine with my GX7 in TTL mode. Images came out well exposed. When I dialed in -1.7 stops of flash exposure compensation the image came out well underexposed so the exposure compensation appeared to be working. It does tilt AND swivel, but only 60 degrees swivel to left and 90 deg to the right. This still lets you use it with a bounce card or reflector in both landscape and portrait orientation. It comes with a diffusion filter to fit over the front as well as the stand shown in the photos. Recycle time is not as fast as a top of the line flash, but for occasional use it works fine and is much smaller and lighter than a professional flash so it's easy to pack in a small bag. I have my whole GX7 kit with four lenses, flash, charger and filters in a small waist pack camera bag. So far I am pleased with the flash but will have to see if it continues to work well.
