I feel mislead about the product, because I chose this specific product from among several competing generic power supplies because this one had a 3 prong plug. If you don't understand the difference or care whether the plug has 2 or 3 prongs, this won't matter to you, go ahead and buy it if you like. But I specifically wanted a 3 prong plug and (based on the picture at the time I bought it) believed that's what I was purchasing. The delivered item had only 2 prongs, so I feel mislead about the product and am not entirely satisfied with my purchase. Thus, 3 starts.
