The GPS holder is well made and seems to do the job. I put it on my motorcycle tank and only time will tell if it shakes or vibrates itself loose and falls off. I am not worried about the round sticky place mat. That should be Ok. The problem with vibration or shaking mighty loosen the suction cup but until there is a problem I'll chance it. I did put a retaining cord on the suction cup unit (it has a convenient loop) so if worse comes to worse, it'll just be dangling but not lost. The ball fits into the Garmin snugly. I like the arm extension feature. All in all, for the price, It's a good buy. Recommended.

Works for a rear camera monitor that I have , better than O.E.

I was truly happy to find this piece of equipment for my car. Now, my windshield is clear of clutter. This mount works on windshield also, bit the reason I bought it was to clear my view. This is a great piece of equipment. The only drawback I have seen so far, is that it shakes pretty good when you're traveling over uneven roadways or damaged roadways. But as long as I get video, I can deal with a little shake. And, if you have reasonable video software, it can fix most of that shake.

Sticky as all get out and not likely to fall off. That's where the good part ends. My satnav is a Garmin Nuvi 65. Not heavy, not fancy, not big. The ball on the Randconcept appears to be slightly undersize so the Garmin just swivels around with the bumps and turns. That can be remedied by some tissue paper. What can't be remedied is that the arm isn't strong enough to hold the unit steady so it vibrates and wobbles making the satnav screen useless. Used both the windshield and my dash mount fixing to test where the fault like. I'm disappointed and going back to my Garmin mount until something better comes along..

Product was as described. Works as it was intended and pretty stabile. Well worth the money. Would recommend.

Once you put the Adhesion pad down it’s down for the count. The only problem that I have is when I park, It is very hard to Remove the Expensive GPS from the socket. It is also very Awkward to put up and Sun Screen and take down with rear view Mirror. I always put Sun screen up to protect from Florida hot sun on GPS. Temp in auto reaches 110-120 It is a good investment as far as I’m concerned

Pros: this holder attaches securely to the windshield and doesn't fall off. The length of the arm helps put the device near the dash line where it's easier to read. It does what it's supposed to. Cons: Overall I give this a 3 star because the device will move up and down according to the bumps on the road. In my case a Garmin Montana 600 bounces a good 1/2" over typical bumps. It's mostly due to the weight of the Garmin but know that anything hanging will exert increased leverage because of the arm length.

After a few months in the heat and loaded over rough roads, this mount has not come free of the dash nor failed in any way (now I did it, the thing is going to break on after I post this). I've purchased others, but this is the best short of a RAM mount system. Purchased 2 more.

I have a very slanty windshield and the extra length arm made the difference to conveniently angling my GPS optimally. So, great item, sticks like crazy and despite the long arm, does not vibrate or shake about which I was expecting it to do.
