I love this mask and it’s my favorite of all time. It has a wonderful earthy spa smell. The texture is thick but it spreads very easily and you can coat your whole face. I’m not even halfway through the jar yet. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I got it to try to make the effects of a facial last longer and it has really done the job. I have struggled with acne since I was 8 years old. I recently focused my skincare regimen on using more natural products without salicylic acid and it has definitely helped.The only con is when you put the mask on it does burn a little bit but quickly fades. I think my skin has been desensitized over time due to all the harsh skincare fixes I have attempted over the years. This means it may burn more for people with more sensitive skin. I got this one on sale and am SO glad. It made my face So smooth, which I didn't really expect considering I have fairly dry skin to begin with. Which leads me to the BEST part about this mask. When it dries on your face, it doesn't dry your face out. While most clay-based masks start to crack and tighten, this one does not, which is strange - but in the best way possible. I LOVE that. My roommate also used it and loved the way it dried too. A little bit of this stuff really does go a long way. And it smells great! I also love that after using this mask, I don't need to exfoliate, and I can tell a SLIGHT difference in how hydrated my skin is (I have dry skin to begin with). Also. Keep in mind that I have sensitive skin. Yes, the first time or two this tingles a bit, but it by no means HURTS, which is a HUGE plus for me. Read the reviews on here, said a prayer and ordered it. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Ok well I've only used it twice, but I could most definitely see a difference. This might be my saving grace here. It did seem to sting/burn for a few seconds but it went away. A little goes a LONG way! You're suppose to wait 15 min, then rinse off, but the other night it seemed to be flaking by that time as I was mutitasking. Saw little black dots all over the place, lol. As someone else mentioned, USE A DARK WASH RAG! You'll thank me later ;) And it does get everywhere if you're rinsing in the sink, but it's nothing that some bathroom cleaner can't quickly fix.
