Are the straps stretchy or just adjustable? Most supoprt bras I've looked at have straps that stretch and I do not want that.

About 1/2 of the strap has elastic and the other part has no elasticity. It would be awkward to have straps without elastic, especially if one is large-breasted. Elastic is needed for comfort and movement. I have fallen in love with this style because of the comfort and ease of getting it on, because I have shoulder problems. In addition, the wire-less feature is very comfortable. Many studies connect the lead in underwire bras to breast cancer...I hope my answer is helpful...

Does this give a pointy shape in front or smooth and round? How is the support?
