Tower 3-in-1 5L Stand Mixer with 6 Speeds and Pulse Setting, 1000W, Rose Gold, T12033RG

I’ve been using the Tower T12033 3-in-1 Stand Mixer almost daily since January of this year, and it’s absolutely incredible. I’ve always wanted a dough machine for making bread and pizza dough, but they are ridiculously expensive for what they do. After reading a few reviews and watching some videos, I decided to give this one a go, as it came with a dough hook attachment. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. This mixer is beautifully constructed and feels heavy and well-made. The quality is exceptional, even the attachments are metal and feel solid when they hook into the machine. The bowl is quite large, which is excellent for mixing larger quantities. Using it is so simple that you don’t even need to read the instructions. You just pull the latch upon the neck which separates the mixing head from the base unit and pull backward to slide the bowl in and out, as well as insert the attachment of your choice. To insert an attachment, all you need to do is insert the end of it into the mixer attachment hole and push and twist to lock it into place. Once you’ve inserted the attachment and bowl, it’s just a case of turning it on via the speed knob and setting it to your desired mixing speed. Cleaning and storing the mixer is also very easy. It is a little noisy and can wobble while it’s working, but it feels secure, and it’s a minor inconvenience for what it’s doing. It even comes with an extended warranty for 3 years, which is incredible for a device that is really put to the test. When I ordered this, the price was £79.99, which was an absolute bargain. I only needed the dough hook to mix dough, but you can use the various attachments for all kinds of baking. It really is a wonderful machine and works perfectly each time.

I am so delighted with this food mixer I have just used it to make my gluten free bread it turned out great I have arthritis in my wrist so now I can make all my cakes and bread no pressure on my wrist would highly recommended it

So this is technically a biased review. I have nothing to go by. This is my introduction to the world of stand mixing. I have been baking for years but doing it by hand like a chump all this time. You dont think you need it and to be honest you dont but is time precious to you? Have you ever made buttercream with a whisk? Does your butter cream taste a bit salty because of the sweat and tears trying to make it with a whisk. Then you my friend need a stand mixer. This machine is fabulous. It is simple to use and simple to clean. I will say it is very loud so when your trying to bake at 2am and put the stand mixer on you will get a few dirty looks from your flat mate the next morning but its worth it for the satisfaction. Excellent product. Very good quality. Tower products are all very well built and this is no different.

I've only used it a few times so far but it's a great little mixer. I've made dough and whisked with it and it works well. Handled a decent sized batch of enriched sticky cinnamon buns without trouble. I also own a Kenwood chef and the difference in build quality is clear as this is plastic and has no attachment options,Iike a blender, sausage maker etc. But at this price it's a bargain and feels sturdy. The splash guard can be a bit fiddly and flimsy feeling but it's fine as long as you don't throw it around. Also it looks like the.atrachments aren't dishwasher safe. But it's no trouble cleaning it by hand. There are some reports that the whisk doesn't reach the bottom of the bowl. This is the same for all planetary mixers. Yoi just need to use a scraper, or you, twist the bowl to unlock it, and lift it gently so the whisk scrapes the bottom.

It was amazing and useful. As splatter shield and bowl, it need to washed by hands, not washing machine. It won't be damaged. When I used it carefully, it went very well after all.

Unfortunately didn't work mine and I had to return it back.

Works fine, mainly using it to make dough... does it in 6 minutes to the right consistency. No problems so far.
