Nice case but doesn't fit my iphone 5

Case should fit in a iPhone without screen protector. Mine has a full body protection and this cover doesn't fit at all. I have another cover purchased in a mall store that fit my iPhone really good even with the screen protector. Seller was nice enough to send me another one for free but the same problem again.
