Only one I use
Only yeast I use. Has good shelf life, do note that this rises less yeast than a comparable packet of “normal” yeast. So may need to adjust some recipes but all of mine have been good.

A Great Yeast
Have used this yeast for several years it is easy to use, gives my bread a great rise at a good price. Pay attention to the expiration date as its efficacy wanes closer to that date. My bread bakes perfectly with this yeast.
