what is the difference between advanced and regular? it doesn't show the ingredient list for both...

Great question Mauibabe29*. The advanced formula has 150mg more Glucosamine to support cartilage health. In addition it contains 200mg Chondroitin for improved joint lubrication and 100mg MSM which is associated with flexibility and movement. The regular formula does not have the added benefit of chondroitin or MSM. The advanced formula is better for older dogs or dogs with extreme stiffness in their joints. Size of a quarter, flavored so my dogs love them. Chew them right up.

I'm sorry but I don't know. The product works fairly well on my 60lb. Lab and Italian Greyhound mix. She is 13 and has hip dysplasia.
