does it have a tremolo to help keep it in tune?

If you want a quality tremolo i would recommend a floyd rose, but truth be told you really cant get one thatll stay in tune for under $400. A floyd rose stays in tune well though, but theyre a big pain to set up

Is this a good beginners guitar?

Yes it is . I was surprised the quality of the guitar for the price . I have 2 and a bass . I have no complaints . Looking for a good starter amp look at the blackstar id core stereo amps there's 3 models to choose from and they have all the great effects without having to buy a bunch of sound effect pedals .

Is this guitar good for small hands? Smaller fret board?

i would say yes , but its not made for small kids the neck is smaller than a standard ibanez
