Plants vs. Zombies: The Three Little Pigs Fight Back

My daughter is a huge Plants VS Zombie fan. She owns several of the toys, so this book was a no-brainer for me. She really likes this book. She's read it hundreds of times and still pulled it out from time to time! Wish there was way more in the series, as she really likes it. It has since been passed on to her brother who has enjoyed it just as much and really liked reading something for the first time in awhile. Not because he was told to, but because he WANTED to! With all the hub-bub of Hollywood zombies, he gets to read about zombies (which both fascinate and terrify him) without all the gore and fright of the movie productions and adult comics. Plus, they both love the game!

Such a cute book. My son is just learning to read and has a great time reading these books! There are some words that he stumbles on, but other than that, has not issues. He has been playing PVZ for a few months now on his iPod and he thinks its just great that there are stories behind the 'characters' now. He has actually been making up his own stories now that he has read a few of these because he thinks that they should ALL have stories. It's cute, but they have sparked his imagination and it puts his nose in a book instead of a game. Win, win.

My 3 year old love plants versus zombies but it is so hard to find books he can learn to read. This has been a great combo of a familiar fable with his favorite game. The stickers are great as an added bonus but have no real place in the book.

My boys LOVE plants vs zombies and this book is one that they love to read over and over. My boys are 6 and 3 years and they've both enjoyed this book for over a year now. The story is a twist on the 3 little pigs, but instead of running from the big bad wolf, they are running from the zombies and defending their homes by planting different plants in the backyard garden. The pictures are wonderfully done and my 3 yr old loves to identify all the different plants and zombies as we go through the story. There isn't much merchandise for young PvZ fans, so this book was a great buy for us. We also bought the "Brains and the beanstalk" and "Save your brains" books and they love those just as much.

What's more fun that combining a classic story with the madcap antics of Plants Vs. Zombies? One of the things I enjoy about PVZ is the mix of spooky and fun without being too gross or disturbing for younger children. I bought this book for my youngest as his older siblings both enjoy playing the PVZ video games and he likes to watch them play. The story is suitable for early readers with some sight words and repetition to add in new vocabulary words (because, hey, it's okay if Zombies is one of your preschooler's sight words). At $4.99, it's worth the cost.

My 6 year old is a PvZ freak. He just loves them! So much so that his 4th birthday party was PvZ themed! This book was a no brainer as a birthday present for him this year. We've read the book several times and he loves it. The story is pretty much what you'd expect from PvZ + 3 little pigs, but the PvZ puns and illustrations make it worth it for everyone. Plus, it comes with a bunch of stickers, which everyone loves. If you've got a young plants vs zombies fan, you can't go wrong with this book.

At one point, all my child talked about was Plants vs Zombies. Good twist on the 3 little pigs storyline. He wants to reread this one all the time! Giftable.

My son got this for Easter and can read most by himself. He was thrilled to get this and its encouraging to read things your interested in ! Love it !

El libro es un poco más grande que un A2 pero es de muy buena calidad. Está en inglés aunque no tiene mucho texto. Es muy divertido porque hace una parodia de los tres cerditos mezclando con Plantas contra zombies. En el medio vienen dos páginas con pegatinas de plantas contra zombies muy chulas. Las páginas son de buena calidad y brillo Compra aconsejada si sabeis leer ingles y les encantará a vuestros hijos

This book really grabbed my 6 year old attention! My son loves the pigs and the zombies are kind of cute. This book. Teaches children. About plants because you must plant certain veggies to get rid of the zombies. Very fun

Ho comprato questo libretto per i miei due bambini (6 e 4 anni) che si sono appassionati al gioco. Il libro è grande come un palmo e narra un'avventura scritta tutta in inglese (che tradurrò) ed è disegnata veramente bene. All'interno c'è una pagina con degli adesivi, piccoli in verità, al massimo 2 cm ( si vede in foto). Il prezzo proposto è in linea con prodotti simili. È un prodotto raro da trovare in Italia, in quanto non concepito per il nostro mercato, e solo con Amazon ho potuto trovarlo. Inoltre esiste un secondo volume (che ho acquistato) in modo da avere entrambe le storie. Pertanto penso che l'acquisto sia da valutare, solo se i bimbi sono fan degli "sparasemi e co.", Ma giudico complessivamente molto buono per qualità prezzo e disponibilità prodotto.

Buena adaptación de la historia de los tres cerditos para la batalla de plantas Vs Zombies. A los que les gusta este juego les va a encantar. Trae pegatinas, pequeñas pero ok.

Bit smaller that expected, but my grandson loved it, spent all afternoon putting the stickers in the book, a definitely good buy
