LeAnn Graceful Scroll Bronze Iron Bed Frame (King)

I never write reviews, but I had to for this one. This bed is so pretty! We just put it together, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well made it seems to be (time will tell). It was simple to assemble. The slats are made of metal & the slat legs are adjustable height. So, when assembled, it sits perfectly on the floor with no squeaks or wabbles at all. The frame is larger than our king mattress/box spring. However, the slats hold most of the bed weight, as there are no horizontal parts on the side rails for the box springs to sit on. So, it is ok that the frame is a few inches wider on each side. We have a very heavy mattres - 2 layers of latex foam & a layer of gel memory foam. So, I have no concerns about the box springs sliding around at all. However, if you have a lighter bed, you might experience some movement there. I am happy to have this lovely addition to our home for years to come!

I have rated this bed 5 stars and since I agree with the positive comments from others, I will use this space to comment on other critical reviews, comments, and delivery. The larger size of the frame is a design feature, not a flaw. I have owned both a Brass Bed and a four-poster bed and the frames were oversize so the bed spread can neatly lay inside the foot board and rails. This a decorative feature so select a bed spread that will complement the bed. Although the bed frame has 3 slats to hold up the box spring and mattress, a bed skirt can be modified to give a finished look and hid the frame supports or items stored. After the bed is assembled and the box spring is positioned toward the head board with a gap at the foot board, lay the bed skirt on the box spring. Without moving the box springs or skirt, use a marking pen and carefully mark the location of the slats on both the right and left sides of the box spring (add a half an inch to each end). Next use a razor blade to cut along the six marks. Use a scissor and make a half inch perpendicular cut at each end of the six razor blade cuts. This creates a slot to slide the slats through. Lift each slat, one side at a time, off the side rail and slide it through the slot in the bed skirt. Lastly, be aware the three box shipment may be delivered on separate days. When only two boxes were delivered, UPS said the third box was on a different truck and was out for delivery. I then disposed of the bed to make room for the new bed. When the third box did not arrive, and the other bedrooms were full of the bedroom furniture, I had to sleep on the couch. The third box was delivered late the next day so I slept on the couch again. The company where the bed was purchased did a great job and replied very promptly to my email. Evidently this type of delivery is common among all shippers. I asked they use their shipping purchasing power to change this practice or update the Web page and Amazon emails so customers are aware the deliveries are likely to be or have been split.

Love this Bed. It is beautiful and sturdy. I bought this in 2016 and still love it. I have been trying to find other beds that they make so I can buy other styles. It is the easiest I have ever put together and I get complements on it all the time. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Much sturdier than I expected for the price. Simple to put together. Designed with intelligence on placement of bolts and the like. Newel toppers much better looking and crafted than expected (solid and hefty); just wishing that they antiqued them like the posts. The wood-look posts are actually very well done! Each support foot and post foot has built in floor protectors for those putting it on a hard surface floor. With our king size foundation and mattress (king size Leesa) pushed all of the way to the headboard, there is a good 6" gap between the edge of mattress and footboard which isn't horrible but could be annoying (I would prefer 2-3" total). With the matress centered there is only 2-3" gap on either side. Thankfully the weight of the mattress and foundation keep him from sliding about. No squeaking/creaking once all put together (finished maybe 20mins before writing this review so we haven't slept on it but immediately jumped on it to test sturdiness). Overall very happy and if it bugs me, I'll get creative in regards to the larger than preferred gap length wise. (Note: hubby and I are both taller than average - 5'8" and 6' - and weigh somewhere between 300 and 360lbs combined.)

I’m not disappointed in this bed Some of the reviews said there was too big of a gap but I like that We bought a split king and frame is perfect. There is room for my thick quilts and it’s well made. The con is the color of the bed posts. I don’t care for that color but it’s a personal choice and definitely not a deal breaker. The headboard is beautiful but the foot board sold me.

My husband put this together on a Friday morning and by Saturday evening when I sat down on the bed the middle post was already bending and ready to break off. I do not recommend that anyone buy this bed because the frame is not sturdy enough to support a memory foam mattress and box springs. It is made with cheap materials and is just a piece of junk! I have attached a photo which will hopefully show how it has already started to bend.

Wow, this is a great bed frame, headboard and footboard! Seems to be very good quality! And inexpensive too! I got the king size bed. After unpacking and laying out all the parts It took me 1 1/2 hours to assemble it by myself. I am 60 and a woman. All the parts and tools are in the boxes. You need nothing else. I can see how having a additional set of hands would be very helpful! It was a bit tricky at times. Tip: be sure to pay attention to right and left posts and up and down on side rails! We have an additional 6 " foam topper on our mattress and lots of pillows but you can still see the headboard! Just what I wanted.
