I'm using this for Pure Barre On Demand when I can't get to a class. It's ok, it's not as stretchy as I would like and I can only use it for a couple of exercises and not for a lot of them. But this is just based on Pure Barre exercises.

I use this product for improving muscularity in my chest, back and for arms. I have notice improvement in my overall posture and strength gains. It is not easy but as the saying goes “no struggle, no gain”.  Best of all is that if I get tired and cannot extend the band outward in opposite directions, I can just let the band go whereas with dumbbells it would be unsafe to let the weight go and drop to the floor.

I got this a few weeks ago, recommended for a class I'm taking. We do three workouts a week and already one of the handles has ripped in two places so it's about to fall off. Not great for 9 workouts or less!
