I've come to know now that this is a product for clearing your skin over the course of a week or two then using it for preventing build up. After about 10 days this had cleared the very back black heads out of nose almost completely. Now I use this every night when I get out of the shower and after about 3 months my blackheads are STILL gone. I cant recommend this enough, just know it's usage and dont expect to turn it on once and be done with it, this is something you need to incorporate into your skin care routine! Review: Do not buy. - This does absolutely nothing! It actually made my face worse. It drew some of them to the surface and also somehow a million more appeared. I followed the instructions carefully/correctly and still it removed nothing, multiplied the blackheads, and no matter what it gave me purple and red spots. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Do not read a few good reviews and try to be optimistic because you're so sick of blackheads. You will still have blackheads and 15 less dollars in your pocket. I wish someone would have written this for me to read before I wasted my time and money.

Holy suction!
I've always wanted to try one of these pore suckers, so when I saw this on sale for seven dollars I figured if it didn't work, the metal tools it comes with were worth the price alone. Seeing the reviews I was even more skeptical about something so cheap actually working, and if I'd even get a brand new one. I know enough about skincare to know to stay away from these devices but regular chemical exfoliating and clay masks were not removing every single blackhead and I wasn't going back to pore strips. I received a brand new device that had a tiny piece of paper with instructions. All it really was, was to charge it before use, don't leave it on an area for more than one second, and the worst description of each attachment. They don't even tell you how to turn it off or switch between suction levels. (You press the power button to switch between levels and hold the power button to turn it off.) You also receive two replacement o-rings, four replacement filters (tiny foam or sponge? circles you put in the suction part so it won't clog with the gunk from your pores), four head attachments, one usb charging cable, and then the set of metal blackhead removing tools. I'm still not quite sure what each attachment does and have only tried two so far. From the two I've tried, they definitely do different things. What the instructions described them as and what they did were not the same, but I can say one was very gentle and the other not so much. I used the one that has a rounded metal edge and the one with the smallest opening. There's four levels of suction but I was surprised by even the first level. If you're not gentle you can easily leave bruises and red marks, which you can see by some reviewers. My skin isn't too sensitive and I'm a masochist so I went in with the not so gentle attachment on a level two and then a three in my t-zone. (The same attachment at the same levels left a tiny bruise on my sister, so ymmv.) Every blackhead and sebaceous filament I had is now gone, I was seriously surprised by how much gross stuff came out of my pores. I rotate use of chemical exfoliation and other types of products in my skincare routine that my pores are clear to begin with. Other than the few stubborn blackheads that weren't coming out and I was obsessing over. I do want to reiterate to be careful with this device. For something so cheap it's suction is very powerful. Less is more with skincare. You can and will leave bruises. I'm pretty sure if left unattended this thing could potentially suck your soul out through your pores. DO NOT USE AROUND THE EYES.

Tools are goid
The tools are very useful, I am not sure the rest is that great. I gave it as a gift and there were no instructions which leads me to believe it had been returned.

Somewhat a waist
The tools work good the suction thing however just grabs my skin. Even over one that is highly ready to pop it does nothing but makes deep Hickey like red marks. Somewhat of a waist. The little metal tools however are very nice!

Great suction
Very easy to use and the design is simple. Didn't have to hunt and find the functions on this. The suction will leave temp redness, so don't use on the go. Give your skin time to come back to normal.
