Love love love this product. I plan on ordering this item again. I am I. A very stressful period in my life taking care of my family as well as taking care of my 93 year old mom at home. I find when I take this even just one pill I have a lot more patience in dealing with the highs and lows or taking care of an aging parent but with this pill it make it much more manageable. It also helps with my inability to sleep through the night but my sleep is better when I take the 2 pills that is the recommended dose.

Babe, let me tell you, buy this !!!!!! I have had bad sleeping habits for year's .I wake up during the night about 5 times a night. I took this for the first time last night around 9pm,I did not move or wake up until my alarm went off at 4Am.Best sleep I have gotten in years !!!!! I cannot wait to take this tonight .
