It adds a step to cooking but so worth it. I've made chicken, Steak, and Salmon with it and they've all come out perfect! I'm like a kid with a new toy in the kitchen and extremely happy I bought it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars It's ok *by M***C on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2019* It works reasonably well - pretty intuitive once you have it set up. It's unfortunately imprecise. It apparently needs to be set at 5 degree increments and still sits at a degree or 2 below it's actual temperature - so if I need something at say 132 F for multiple hours, I have to set it at 135 F and it Cooks at 134 F. That's not a big deal, but if I need it to be at 135 I have to set it to 140 and then it's cooking the meat I'm making at too high of a temperature and I can't set it to 135 because it needs to be at or above 135.... It's not the end of the world, and we will still use it, but knowing it doesn't go to single degree increments would have been a deal breaker for me from the start.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great item, great purchase. *by G***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2019* Works like a charm. The only thing is that in order to cook in single digits you would have to change the temp mode from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
