Print hot and slow, may have to increase flow

*by B***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2020*

I had good results. This is my first experience with flexible filament so I took notes from Other reviews of this product and others. I have a tevo tornado which I converted to direct drive. I also use Capricorn tubing for the tiny bit I have left in there. For this setup, and using the Creality flexible magnetic build surface I had best results with these settings: 230C nozzle, 50C bed, 20mm/sec speed, 115% flow. No retraction. Without the increased flow I had some pretty bad under extrusion. Print some quick test prints before you dive into a large print. 110% flow wasn't bad either. It may be a good place to start if you are having g under extrusion. When you get good you can start adding retraction. Start with a slow retract rate

    Print with very high temps

*by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2020*

I tested this on a relatively simple print multiple times, and found others' reviews on here very helpful. After multiple failed prints, I found the root cause was that the hot end on my Ender 3 just wasn't hot enough. 190C wouldn't work, nor did 220C. The extruder couldn't push the filament through and it would eventually jam. I found increasing to 230C provided a much better result with minimal stringing. It did still string a bit, but nothing that 5 minutes or so of clean-up wouldn't handle.Otherwise, this worked well. Check out the tips on the other reviews, but if you're on an Ender 3, I strongly recommend a very high hot end temperature to avoid extruder jams.

Good product but touchy with temperature

*by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2020*

Printing small units this filament will not work at the lower temperatures it specifies. The reel says to set temp to 190 to 230. At 205 I was getting very poor quality printing with globs and dimensional problems on the lower layers. After increasing the temperature all the way to the top of the range (230), the filament printed very nicely without all the terrible stringing produced by some lower temperature filaments like the SainSmart Flex. I would recommend this filament be printed at the higher temperature for good results. It may even go higher than 230, although I did not try it.
